Educational Program “Ecology”

Formation of a complex of knowledge, skills and competencies for higher education students for use in professional activities in the field of ecology, environmental protection and balanced nature management through theoretical and practical training.

Objects of study: the structure and functional components of ecosystems of different levels and origin; anthropogenic impact on the environment and optimization of nature management.

Learning objectives (expected use of acquired competencies): formation of a complex of knowledge, skills and competencies for higher education students to apply in professional activities in the field of ecology, environmental protection and balanced use of nature through theoretical and practical training.

Objects of study: general patterns of structure and functioning of biological systems of different levels of organization, their interaction with the environment, reactions under different conditions of existence, as well as at different stages of ontogeny and phylogeny; biodiversity and evolution of living systems; the importance of living things in biosphere processes, biotechnology, the economy, health care, the environment and the sustainable use of nature.

Learning objectives (expected application of acquired competences): in-depth fundamental, specialized and practical training of masters in biology.
